Having a reasonable sized signature is not explicitly stated in the rules. Being a vigelante means enforcing the rules through non-legal means.

Yeah what Cyber did was fine, it’s not a cemented rule and people can ask others politely to do stuff without resorting to a mod (like say if Charlemagne had copied all of Steve’s profile info, Steve could ask him politely to please remove it before requesting help from a mod).
