I liked this game alot but my computer (not that bad of a one eather) can’t handle a city with a pop over 200,000 and it is making me mad the spects on this game are evil! I tell you EVIL!..

My old 300 Mhz started going insanely slow with SC3000, so I can imagine how frustrating it must be.

300 mhz you mean, because 3000 mhz is around 2.9 ghz.
And usually if your computer doesn’t meet the recommended specifications on a game, then don’t buy it and then bitch about it.
Uh, 3000 MHz is 3 GHz. That crazy 1024 instead of 1000 stuff only applies to memory.
It’s like that on most computers: Sim City 4 is too resource expensive for it’s own good.
The new patches on SC4 were supposed to fix some of the problems that arose with it slowing down.
The patches helped a bit, but once you hit 6 figure populations, the game still runs slow as hell. No patch is going to fix the problems the game has…it would have to be totally rewritten.
