Well, I was just playing Silent Hill 4, just bought it, and just wonderin’. Is it possible to kill the ghosts? If so, tell me how. I mean, I’m using a pipe/pistol. I think you need some sort of candle and what-not, but with I have right now, is it possible?
Edit: I should really advance more into the game, and then ask such questions. I got a sword-thingy, and it temporarily immobilizes them. Woot, just completed Hospital level.
No, there is no way to kill the ghosts…all you can do about them is nail em to the ground with one of the Sword of Obedience, which you won’t get until towards the middle of the game…all you can do until then is try to avoid them…don’t waste your time and health, trying to kill em because they will not die.
Silver Bullets keep them pinned down for as long as you’re in that current room.
I beat the game 4 days ago, got the Bad+ (21 sacraments) ending… is it possible to hear Eileen before the fight? I won’t get too in detail what I mean, as I don’t want to spoil stuff.
