Shining Force 2 in the future maybe…?

Hell yes!

But what console will it be for…

gba, most likely. and I wouldn’t mind one bit.

DOUBLE HELL YEAH! It’s coming out on Gba!
Artical on GameSpot!

One such tweak will be to the battles, as they now feature a card-collecting system.

Presently, the game is only scheduled to arrive in Europe,

Games can be imported due to lack of regional controls

Yeah, I know :stuck_out_tongue:

Isn’t there already a shining force on GBA? Or was that shining soul?

Yep, it was shining soul.

hopes for final conflict to be finally translated

As long as the AI is so incredibly stupid it can shot with arrows just two squares away and still do nothing, I’ll be happy.

Fuckin’ A! :yipee:

I’m happy that Sega finally thought of remaking the Shining Force series. However, I’m dissapointed that they chose the GBA for the game. I know it was pretty short and not that much to remake but I with it was for a home console instead.

Personally, I think that ports/remakes of old (snes and pre-snes era) games are best put on GBA. The hardware can certainly run it, the buttons shouldn’t be a huge problem, it adds portability and there’s linkage. Putting it on a home console would be a waste, especially since that adds like 20 bucks to the price.

Presently, the game is only scheduled to arrive in Europe.

It’s the 4th Sign of the Acolypse!

Cool. I’m not too fond of the series, but I’ll make sure to look into it.

Shining Force?! YAY! I don’t have to use FFT as a cheap substitute anymore! Shining Force forever!

But if it only comes out in Europe, I’ll single-handly start WW3 as retaliation. Then again, there are always imports and ROMs.
