The real point to shaving for a girl despite the fact it can be really cute is that it makes things a lot more convenient to give head, which is a problem heterosexual girls don’t have unless the guy has a really small weewee.
I think a lot of people use electric razors, but I agree, a normal razor is not normally something I want near my nuts on general principle. Just be glad we’re not still in the days of straight razors. 
Also I think some sexaully active people do it not because it’s erotic or anything, but because that’s a having pubic hair accidently and forcefully removed is not fun.

It hasn’t happened too often to me to have hair accidentally removed. If anything, it wouldn’t be any worse than waxing, if it did happen or was noticed to happen. Some people wax and don’t shave. Some do both.

I have an electric razor I use for down there and to trim my facial hair. I have a hand razor used for shaving my face.
I trim down there. It just makes it a lot better for girls to go down on you without swallowing hair or something.

I have never completely shaved away my pubic hair, but I would like to do so; I need to buy an electric razor in order to do so. Otherwise, though, I keep my pubic hair cut quite short. My legs are also somewhat hairy, and if I do buy an electric razor for shaving my nether regions, I shall probably also shave my legs, because I should look silly if I did not.
I do shave my face daily, as well as my chest and feet regularly, though.
I shave my face with a straight razour, and that is about all I shave.
Christ… I just realized that (due to playing WoW nearly every day) I shave my crotch more than I shave my face anymore… I mean, “that” happens when I’m in the shower and I shave my face afterwards at the sink… but I dont take the time to shave my face anymore because I’m level 30 fucking 3… And I need to get higher level!
