Shadow Zone Review

Yup, I recently got ahold of a copy of Shadow Zone. Static-X’s new album.
Personally, I think it’s a bit repetitive, but that didn’t stop me from nearly killing myself headbanging in my friend’s car
Here are all the songs on the album:

Destroy All
Control It
New Pain
Shadow Zone
Dead World
The Monster
The Only
Kill Your Idols
All In Wait
Ostegolectric
So
Invincible

Their songs may be simplistic, but they do them in such a way as to make them freakin’ awesome. My personal favorite is the 134 second (2 minute 14 second) song Monster, because of the way the singer sings in it.
8/10 because of repetitiveness, but other than that, it kicks ass.

I just downloaded Shadow Zone the other day. Just the thing I needed after downloading the pitiful, pitiful new Limp Bizkit CD.

Yeah, I didn’t like the new Limp Bizkit CD either. It was okay, but it was just so horribly shitty.

If you like Static-X, you’ll love Ministry (since they essentially ripped off Ministry, but eh… they did an okay job of it). They’re on Launch. If you want, I’ll send you stuff, but it will be insanely slow, since my computer doesn’t seem to like yours.
