…to powerpoint. Are there -any-? I’m sick of those plain powerpoint presentations; I feel like I’ve seen every standard clipart graphic and every picture-flies-into-screen-animation a thousand ties already. I remember that someone asked something similar to this in a thread a long, LONG time ago and I think someone else mentioned some sort of postboard- thingamajig; small refresh of memory please?

Unfortunatly i don’t remember the previous thread. =( But i can suggest StarOffice, or OpenOffice. They both have their own presentation utility, however i have no had much experience with it. Also, i have only used the Linux versions, never the windows versions, so i can’t tell you how well they work. 
Maybe also try AbiWord. I think they have a presentation utility too, but i dont know.
Here are the only others i can think of right now. Try googling “Microsoft Alternative” or “Microsoft Office Alternative” or “Microsoft Powerpoint alternative”. You will find a ton of sites with applications and help on finding what you need.
