I still believe the fake “FF7 for SNES” screenshots on warmech.net are pretty funny.
In the best one, we got Lenna/Reina, Kain about ready to jump on an FF6 White Dragon, waiting for commands from an FF3 dude, and some thing waving around the Atma Weapon.
(another clue it’s fake, beside it being too rediculous to be real, is that the third name is squished and is 7 letters)
In another shot, this party gets ready to fight Shiva and Ifrit on the world map (they did get one thing right, though. I think FF7 was the first to have any events on the world map.)
