This is a double post but please don’t get angry with me; I didn’t get any replies on the gaming help forum so I’m trying this one.
In short, my problem is this:
I am looking for any of these rare items: Tiny feather, Enhanced and Hidora.
I have been fighting Griffons, Berserkers and Dragon parties for some hours, but they just don’t drop the items!
Am I doing something wrong? Or is it just so hard to get these items?
thanks for the reply (though it is bad news). My problem is that my workshop will only make me Death ring, Mobile, Feather or Hidora leather so I need to get one of the rare items to make room for a dragon armor & shield…(I already used the death frag)
So I guess I’ll be fighting Berserkers for the next couple of days ::doh::
Edit:
I just got an Enhanced!!!
BTW, Kagon; I didn’t get it from a Berserker, though. It was an “Alef”, looks like a berserker, only red and armed with shield and spear and without the 3 thingies around it. Maybe the berserkers give the enhanced too, and otherwise you should change the info on the shrine:p
Well, I might even try to get a Hidora as well, now that I got the enhanced. (I know, what a sad live I must have)
Yeah, Berserkers give Enhanced too and actually drop it more often. I’ve gotten about 5 from Berserkers so far and none from any other monsters.
That’s also why I love Mikhail- you can make any of the equipment without the pre-requisites. Just fire up the Ruling game and have your blacksmiths do it.
Yeah that’s true.
Talking about Mikhail’s minigame: I never got past that mission where you fight outside a castle first, and then have to fight another army inside. Those battles were hard!
I’ll go and see what your shrine says about that.
BTW, Kagon; I’ve designed a multiplayer online rpg based on RS3. It’ll take about 5 or 6 years at least to get it finished (as it’s just me right now, and I don’t know a thing about programming), but once it’s done, you’ll be the first to know! It’s gonna be better than any other (free) online rpg:o
Ah yeah, that one. For that one, you need the Gushing Wind formation for speed- if you don’t have speed, you’re doomed. Basically, move up as fast as you can to the gates and keep attacking until your morale drops. Now fall back- also, whenever you find out where stones are being dropped, get AWAY from there. Those devestate your army quickly. You can use your archers to take out the rock throwers, and I’ll highly recommend you do so right before they throw the stones.
After the first stage, if you made it through with enough troops, it actually proves to be really easy. Just push them back with Gushing Wind and Speed Attack Forward.
