For me its stamina recover rate. Most people dont notice it. I think it ranges between .8 and 1.2.

I always use Serge and Kid, whenever possible. Then, if I feel like fucking over the ecosystem and commiting several acts of Genocide, I’ll take Glenn, too. Otherwise, Norris the rest of the game.
I, too, kept Serge and Kid whenever possible. For my third, usualy either Glenn, Razzly or Fargo.
Serge, Kid and Glenn, when I can. During Lynx, I use Lynx, Harle, and Sprigg. As for stamina being overlooked, maybe for you, but some of us pay attention to all the stats.
I pay attention to all of them. I just think that most people dont notice the characters different stamina recovery rates. I think it may balance the characters out more. Like Guile has high magic and the reverse element grid so he recovers stamina slowly.
I make it a point to switch between all the characters as much as I can, while keeping a thief in my party at all times possible.
I just used whoever was appropriate to the situation. When not fighting bosses though;
Before Lynx: Serge, Kidd, Guile
During Lynx: Serge. Harle, Razzly (sp?)
After Lynx: Serge, Kidd, [whoever I felt like at the time]
I divided my party up into colours, with no characters having the same. These are the only character’s I’ll use, and like:
Black- Lynx, Grobyc, Luccia
White- Steena, Riddel
Green- Karsh, Van, Glenn
Yellow- Norris
Blue-Orlha, Leena, Irenes
Red- Miki, Kid
before: serge, pip, glenn.
during:lynx,starky, harle
after:serge,miki,pip

Uh, I hope you’re being sarcastic or you missed a lot. Macha obviously had Korcha with her husband; not all characters have to be present for one to UNDERSTAND that. Anyways, the cook, Orcha, is Korcha’s father, and I fail to understand how you do not know this considering their similar vocabulary and name.

There is also a brother of Orcha; his name is Belcha. For the record, he is not the gigantic barrel that spits bugs from Donkey Kong Country 3.
I read somewhere that Mel was adopted, and that’s why her name doesn’t share the pattern of the rest of the family.
