It’s possible to find a new copy on ebay(but not likely).
If what you’re wanting is a brand-new copy with all of the fun stuff (like a manual) included and wrapped in cellophane (ah, how I do love cellophane, and those little stickers that they put over the edges of the cases…) and you don’t care about the green bar on the side, then I think paying a guaranteed $20 is a good thing. There are good deals on ebay, but for some of these games the prices for those conditions become outrageous.

I found a BRAND NEW copy of Xenogears WITH THE MANUAL two months ago for $30 and I bought it.
So you can shut the hell up now and take my advice.
