Was I suppose to use an account given to me upon access to the creation of a shrine or am I allowed to with a registered account for the forum? I sure know that I can’t post in there…

Use the information sent in the e-mail after registering for a shrine to access and upload stuff to the shrine-server.

The information I sent to you when you applied for your shrine is just for accessing the site via FTP. You’ve already got a forum account, apparently, so go ahead and use it to post in the Shrine Help Forum as needed.
