YES
It’s not the size of the gun that counts! It’s how you use it!
That aside though, the best part about this is that you could easily afford a real sub-machine gun when you’re all said and done buying all the pieces for this one. $120 fun bux is a bit too much for a plastic gun, nevermind the extra $70 for a game to use it on, and that’s if you already have a PS3 because if not then there goes another $300 wing wangs. I doubt that a real sub-machine gun or two, ammo, and a gun club membership would set a person back $500.
And god help you if you want all of this on a 3D TV screen.
I already see a kid taking it to school and causing chaos…
I’m getting a .22 pistol for Christmas. Price range: $362 - $811 depending on the model. Submachine guns are heavily regulated, and I think there’s something about you can only purchase them if the specific gun was manufactured and registered before 1984 or something. I guess you could go for a semi-automatic version of submachine guns, but that’s not the same. A quick, cursory search of prices for various semi-automatic submachine guns (which is in many ways a misnomer, but whatever), the prices tend to start at around $900 and go drastically up. Add on another $175 for an annual gun club membership (which hey, guess what, typically don’t let you fire shit like semi-automatic models of submachine guns, but whatevs).
While this fake gun:
$120 for the gun
$70 for the game
$300 for the PS3
$490 total.
The fake gun and whatnot is only $130 more expensive than the lowest priced version of a .22 PISTOL.
No. You cannot legally (or probably illegally) buy a submachine gun for less than $490.

And Sony had said you wouldn’t need any “useless add-ons” to go with Move…
Is this for the War on Christmas I’ve been hearing so much about?
Do you have any idea what kind you’re getting?
