1: Whenever I save as a .jpg (haven’t tested out with other filetypes), I seem to save at roughly 10 kb higher than the preview says I will. Like, it says it will be 14k, it’s 24k. Don’t bother suggesting to reduce the quality, since that doesn’t fix the problem. It still adds 10k.
2: I’m getting kinda sick of just using it to resize .jpgs Since I suck at figuring out programs on my own, would anyone happen to know of a good Photoshop tutorial or something?
1-) Try reinstalling. If it doesn’t work, get another version. And stuff.
2-) Steve: I am learning by myself too. But a course would not make me any bad.
Well, if all you need is resizing, you could just use any other program like Paint or PicView.
3-) There’s a trick you can do and they’ll let some cans out for free, but I forgot how this is done. I’ve never been able to do it, though, since I’m not very good in anything that should be done only by electricists n’ stuff.
IF YOU GODDAMN KIDS KICK THE MACHINE ONCE MORE, I’LL KICK YOUR SORRY ASSES SO HARD THAT IT HURTS EVEN AFTER THE SHOE I’VE JAMMED INTO YOUR THROAT… Sorry, being a soda-machine executive sure brings back memories about situations like these…
All they needed to do was to say “Excuse me, but the soda machine ate my money. Could you please do something about it?”, but no…
!"#¤!"4@$$ kids and their lack of respect towards shared property…

Last year someone at my school rigged our candy machine to just pour everything right out. Unfortunately, he got expelled for it, so I was never able to ask him how he did it.
What’s the problem with #1? It could just mean your file size predictor thingie is underestimating. Try converting some GIF on the internet to a JPEG, then ask someone else to convert the same one, and compare the sizes.

<img src=“http://www.rpgclassics.com/staff/tenchimaru/td.gif”> Uh… wha? I’m not copying any images. Also, I doubt it’s underestimating, because the eventual filesize is larger than the original, with a smaller size (pixel-wise) and the same quality.
1-the way i fixed it was to switch to using only web colors, even though they suck…5 dollars says that photoshop is punishing you for not running it on its own drive…it gave me some bullshit about scratch memory (or a phrase like that) and said to prevent file size errors i should give it its own drive…i say, if it wants its own damn drive, it can buy one itself…
Dude, get Paint Shop Pro, then go look for a Hack. Paint Shop Pro is 5000000000000000000000000000 times better than Photoshop, even though I use it anyway…
