Question,is the game Phantom Brave supposed to come with a music cd?,because that’s what happened to me,I thought that they gave them only if you preorder.

It comes with it if you pre-ordered it, and as long as they have copies of those in stock, I believe. I got it (even though I live in Quebec), and I have the music CD.
