I’ve completed what is my first and will most probably be my last video game fanfic (if only because I have no time and no ideas for it). But I got the idea for this short-short vignette a couple days ago and it was so awesome that I just had to get it down on paper (or the electronic version of same). 8p I’d just submit it to Starstorm but the fanfic section is gonna take a little while to get up to speed and I thought some folks here might enjoy it.

Let me know what you think of it. I tried to get a bit of a Pratchett feel to it, but an Americanized (or Canadianized) kind. Wasn’t totally successful, but it’s an interesting style.
Dr. Feigenbaum had never lost a patient… except for that Japanese fellow who invented Pokémon and enslaved the children of the world. But the doctor tended not to talk about him.
That made me laugh out loud.

Heh, I must say that it’s one of the more interesting (and funny) fics I’ve seen for quite some time.
Unfortunately I’m late for class, so I haven’t got time to say anything else.
No criticism needed, Cid, that was written well enough, and more importantly, it was FUNNY! Great way of satirizing the logic holes in most RPG games. Thought I wish you’d made it clearer how the good doctor keeps the World-conquering Psychos from frying him for daring to analyze them in the first place. But since this was mainly to make a point, it doesn’t really matter. Hope to see more fiction from you one day.
