Newcomer here

First of all, hello everyone =) My name is Alejandro Artiles (you can call me Alex if it’s easier for you :P). I happened to come across this wonderful site of yours, and having a fanfiction asking for submission on my desktop, I decided to join in.

I’m really happy to join the board, and I hope I manage to get along nicely with everyone here (This may sound a bit strange to you, but I’ve endured several nasty situations in other forums on the net, mostly because I’m from Argentina) and to have a good time both sharing fanfics and talking about pretty much anything :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, can’t think of anything more to say. Oh, yeah, I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina, so I’m deeply sorry if my English is sometimes sloppy. I try to do my best, but some grammar and/or spelling mistakes may find their way through :stuck_out_tongue:

See you around! :=)

Alex

We don’t need nobody else.
We don’t need nobody else.
We don’t need nobody else.

Why say words that I do not…mean?
They’ll only serve to amuse, ridicule and…destroy.
Hardly ever…to teach.

I hit you for the first time today
I didn’t mean it, it just happened.
You wouldn’t let me go to the phone and you wanted to make love and I…did not.

Now I know the distance between us.
Christ we weren’t even fightin’, I was just annoyed!

Silence.
Then you start to cry: “That really hurt” you said.
Yeah.
And you thought you knew me?

We don’t need nobody else.
We don’t need nobody else.
Just you and me!
We don’t need nobody else.
We don’t need nobody else.
Just you and me!
Just you and me!

I mean, hey.

Welcome, Alex!

Compared to a lot of the idiots out there on the net, your English is beautiful. Some people here might be a little wierd, but we’re mostly nice enough. Hope you enjoy the place.

: Mr. Waving Smilie says ‘Artillery!’

Welcome to the RPGClassics agora.

I have heard from someone else from Argentina that there is some concern that in a few decades the world will run out of clean water, and Argentina’s fresh water supply will become a very important global resource. Is this really a common belief in Argentina?

Yeah, it is. Ever heard of the Perito Moreno Glacier? It’s one of the biggest fresh water reserves in the world, and the way I see it, no doubt it’ll become a major conflict point in the future. Most people here think the same.

Greetings.

I’M NOT ALOOOOOOONE!!!1111111111

I mean, hi.

Actually, the Guarani Water Reserve (Some fucking huge underwground lake under Argentina and some other countries) is what I hear about the most relating to the water shortage problem. But yeah, same deal only it not only involves us.

Hola Artiles! Water reserves are cool, especially iced. A friend of mine said there is an avenue, in Buenos Aires I think, which changes direction after 5 p.m. or something.
True, or do I blast her (my deceiving friend)?

Que hacés capo? Todo bien? :runaway:

Rigmarole: Never heard of that  Might be possible… ANYTHING in this country is possible

Mal, pero acostumbraú

So what part of Bs.As. are you from? I’m from Don Bosco (Quilmes). By the way, you might wanna shrink the size of your signature, it’s a little too big.
