Because dynamic images can be used to make it so you have, say, images that are 5000000 pixels wide depending on IP.

However, if you use HTML to enter it, it’ll work.

PHP is NEVER parsed from public input sources. One PHP Code and you could essentially take down an entire server. However, PHP Images are allowed on some servers, as some people like to use dynamic images.
