All the bosses in 3 were fairly easy. The only one that I enjoyed when I first played it through was The End. Ok, it wasn’t the only one. Ocelot duel had me like “:D” and the Boss duel had me all “:O” the first time.
And yeah, holding up guards was fairly easy. Sneak up behind, point, !, aim (shoot if necessary), get free stuff. Or tranq 'em and shake 'em >_>
MGS2 wasn’t really that bad, imo.
I still like the fight with The Sorrow.
One of the most pointless items in the game just saved your life. Also the fight rewards you for all your wanton killing sprees.
I’ve always stamina killed the bosses in 3, actually.
I beat any boss that’s possible by just punching them out. It’s more exhilarating that way.
I usually do. Not only is it way more fun than shooting them, on the higher difficulties, it saves precious non-lethal ammo.
Forgive me for asking (since I haven’t played MGS4), but wouldn’t that be considered cherry tapping? Isn’t that so much more fun against human opponents? <_<;
I wouldn’t say so. It’s not really humiliating, it’s just more challenging and entertaining.
