Magic Online

I’ve been considering this download. Does anybody here have an account in it? Are there many players? Are they good ( for I don’t like playing against n00bs)?

I love Magic, and pretty much every friend of mine does too, but I grew tired of playing against the same people again and again and there are no big Magic events where I live. So M:tGO would be a solution, but I don’t want to spend 10 bucks to end in a empty server without anybody to play.

Er… There was some program to play Magic for free. I can’t remember what it was though

Shandalar. I am playing it. I’ve already defeated the Sainted One and the Great Druid. Next target is the Great Lich, then the Astral Visionary. The red woman will be the last one.

You play against stupid AI’s, and it’s only 4th edition plus some really old expansions like Astral. The phasing ability didn’t even exist yet.

I don’t think that sounds like magic online 'cause as far as I know magic online is updated as far as kamigawa and that the dekbuilders at WotC use it to test decks.

So I think that there’ll be some good players to beat/get beaten by…
If it is Magic Online and not just some crappy magic emulating game…

Yeah, what [STRIKE]TD[/STRIKE] Div says.

I remember that game, then I remembered the LOTR card game… then I remembered mage knight… Then I remembered EQ… and City of Heroes, and FFXI… And World of Warcraft…!

I love money sinks…

Apprentice (<a href=“http://www.e-league.com/”>clicka</a>) is the free program.

And as for MtGO, yes, lots of people play. It only goes back to Urza’s or Tempest though.
