Let's lighten things up a bit, shall we? (MB Game)

Let’s see here. Just for arguements sake, let’s say that Zero and Sin are both equally good with their swords and guns. However, Zero is made out of metal and his sword is pure light, and uses a draw-out style, where’s Sin is flesh and blood and using a metal sword with what seems to be a two-handed style. Now, that makes Sin’s swings HURT, but since Zero’s sword is made out of light, the blade would be much sharper, easily cutting through Sin’s armor, where Zero is made out of metal himself, thus much harder to cut. However, since Zero is a reploid, if he gets a substantial blow to the processor, he’s done for, and Sin can latch on to the hair. Sin also has ace hand-to-hand combat skills, which probably won’t help much since punching metal is stupid, but he’d probably be able to destroy Zero’s optical instruments (read: eyes) with a few punches. So it would be possible for Sin to win, but Zero is rather hard to damage, and has Reploid speed and everything, so he would probably win.

Or maybe they just attack X and share whatever price he had for the winner… :stuck_out_tongue:

ah, I didn’t see that. But, liek I said, Zero would have the increased endurance of a reploid, so Zero would win eventually.
Are you saying that Zero can, dare I say, outperform Sinistral? Oh ho ho ho, watch out ladies… rimshot

Why don’t we ask your mom about it and find out for sure? Ohh!

Because most people don’t remember the faces of everyone they see in a day, and his mom must see a LOT!

I’d say Sin would win just because he has a larger temper in my eyes and probably would somehow outsmart Zero, who as a reploid has only half a brain.

What do you mean, half a brain? He’s a reploid, a robot thingy1 If anything, he should think thousands of times faster than a normal human being!

It’s not their faces she looks at, anyway! Ohh!

Forgive me if I am wrong Zero or whoever brought up this “reploid” stuff. It was my understand (which is probably wrong) that a reploid was like a cyborg character being half human, and half robot. That would explain my half brain idea. I was going for the idea that a half human/half robot intelligence would hinder each other allowing Sin’s whole human brain to take advantage of it.

If there’s one thing movies have taught me, is that whether you’re a robot or a human, Arnold will still most likely kick your ass. I don’t know how this really applies to the current battle, but uh, I’ll just stop.

Let’s compare to the medium I know the best…

First of all, Sinistral would have moderate speed, high-damaging attacks, IE : Ryu

Zero would have insane speed, but due to balance, would do crap damage, IE : Chun-Li

Now, depending on the system, what would happen is that Zero would dash-in, start a combo, launch, juggle, finish with super, and 50-75% of Sin’s lifebar is gone. Boom, just like that.

Sin, as he is moderate speeded, would most likely do, jump-in, crouch, special xx super, yielding 50% damage.

Now, Zero has three chances. He can attack crouching, normal or by jump.

If Zero jumps, Sin has an anti-air, since every character has one.

If Zero crouches, Sin can always block.

If Zero stays neutral, Sin can duck and start his crouching combo again which would kill Zero.

Zero, of course, will crouch-attack. Sin will block, and Zero, since Sin is in block state, will then walk up and throw him.

Sin will try to counter the throw, but he’ll leave himself open to an attack, and thus, will end up dead. Unless, of course, he has an overhead or an attack which outprioritizes a crouching jab.

FYI, nothing outprioritizes a crouching jab except maybe a super, and even then.
