Japanese in Word 2003

Yeah didn’t know where to put this…
Anyway, I’ve tried applying service pack 1 and the language support packs. Then I applied the Japanese pack. I still don’t get the language toolbar though. Does anyone know what else I can do?
Edit: Someone in my dorm just showed me.
