Depressing, i loved Baldur’s Gate. I feel almost as bad when SNK kicked the bucket, however they came back.

Yeah, I saw this a few days ago at No Mutants Allowed, Fallout 3 got taken out with them.

Ugh, this really pisses me off. Interplay made gigantic profits off both the Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale series which Black Isle was the key part of. Not only that, but no more Fallout or any chance that Black Isle and Bioware’s Infinity Engine (used for Baldur’s Gate series) will ever be used again. Urgh. Much anger and hatred.
Methinks gamers will be suicide-bombing Interplay now.

Its two main holiday releases, the console RPGs Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel and [u]Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II (which was developed by BIS), were pushed back to next January[/u] as a result of another legal dispute, this time with distributor VU Games.
