That game may have the usual “Epilepsy Warning” printed on the box just to make sure 
holy shit, that looks like the best game ever. I love that genre of video game.
This is probably one of those games that forced publishers to put that “Warning: Flashes of light may cause seizures” label.

On the inside of every video game insert is a warning that states (I slightly misquoted earlier), “individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to light patterns and flashes of light.” I was merely stating how this game would definately count as one of these (this is the ‘flashiest’ game of this style I’ve seen before), as well as how it’s creation date is around the time when these warning labels atarted appearing.
Skies of Arcadia, at least the DC version, warns people of flashing lights every time you boot up the game.
Hell, many games have seizure warnings these days.
