The other games are more about casual playing rather than completion… such as Burnout 3, Katamari Damacy, Ape Escape and the bunch of DS games I have. I like to take my time with games as the idea of buying them implies that there’s no hurry as long as the console works.
I figure I could beat these games this summer if I tried but I’ll probably end up hiking and playing a lot of music like I usually do. :chupon:

I usually keep a backlog just long enough to hold me over through the months when nothing that interesting is coming out…but, thanks to my attempting to play through the entire Suikoden series, it’s getting a little long.
I needed something that rhymed with riches and applied to electronic gaming. Glitches was the only thing I could think of. POTENTIALLY switches.
Also, Gila, play SotC and Okami first. Seriously.

I’m currently on the 6th or 7th colussus right now. Believe me, that’s top of the list. Right after I beat that I will start up Okami. I think it might even still be in the wrapping, I just don’t want to play it until I can focus on it since I heard it’s so awesomely amazing.
Such a fun game. My favourite part is the crashing/demolition mode where you can randomly flip out and juggle your car over traffic for five minutes. I just wish there was offline co-op playing.

An Embarrassment of Bitches is when you have too many women you don’t know what to do with them. Not to be confused with an Embarrassment of Britches.
I’m roughly in the middle of ICO, got 40-60 stars in Mario (don’t remember which), got the Spider Ball in MP (a bit after first battling Metroids) and I’d be entering the two dungeons in Wind Waker after beating the tower you make rise from the waves (I suppose more than half the game done).
The 984, heh.

Dragon Quest III: I’m in the pyramid.
Dragon Quest VII: Oh god. I’ve made two attempts to beat this game before my wonderful memory card wiped. The first time I had made it all the way to the final boss fight, lost, and was wrapping up my grinding for the fight. The second was at the Temple of Dhrama.
Final Fantasy II: Again memory card wipe cost me progress where the first run got me as far as the tropical island. The second is much further at the point before Leviathan and better still is that I still have it.
Final Fantasy X: Lost the memory card but I had just entered Sin.
Final Fantasy TA2: I’m getting ready to visit the Aerodome for the first time storywise.
Xenosaga1: I had just finished rescuing people from the Foundation.
Fire Emblem X: At the final fight of the second chapter.
Fire Emblem SD: At the mission where I take back the countryside of Aritia.
SaGa II: I’m at the Dragon Races.
SaGa Frontiers II: Originally I had finished Gustav’s story as far as I could while Wil Knights is still running around. I restarted though since I wasn’t very satisfied with the growth and abilities of my characters.
Valkyrie Profile1: Somewhere in like chapter 0 or 1 (this game just turns me off for some reason).
Valkyrie Profile2: Level grinding at the Dragon Cave at the end of Chapter 3.
Star Ocean2: Going through Rena’s route and I’m at the fourth town.
Star Ocean3: Last I checked I was at the minigame location in 4D.
Suikoden3: Final Tactical Battle.
OgreBattle1: Deneb’s Garden is my next destination.
TacticsOgre1: Around the end of Chapter 1.
OgreBattle2: Around the end of Chapter 3.
Eternal Poison: Somewhere in the Third Tier for all three characters.
Grandia2: Final area proceeding to the final boss fight.
Lunar SSSC: Got stuck in a one on one battle between Kyle and Jessica’s father (plus I had missed out on some of the bromides and soaps as well as a chance for a different ending).
Breath of Fire3: Either about to or just past the ocean and onward through the desert.
Super Robot Wars OGS EF: Just entered a boss fight between the two remaining mechs.
Summon Night SCS2: Somewhere after the Mecha Battle.
Advanced Wars2: Started the Green Earth missions.
Riviera: Between the second and third chapters.
Tales of Symphonia: In the bonus dungeon. Otherwise the final dungeon awaits.
Baten Kaitos1: Speeder segment with plenty of missables right before the fourth area.
dotHackslashslashINFECTION: Somewhere near the end (I just don’t know where).
Dragon Slayer4: Beat the first boss with the Girl. Next up either the Dog or the Mother.
Heroes of Mana: I did something using the large ship and that’s about all that I can remember.
All the rest I haven’t touched yet.
The word that comes to mind after reading this list is… wholesome. I can almost feel the gaminess in my mouth. (Wtf, the dictionary of Firefox recognises “gaminess”!?
