I would live in Balamb from FF8. I live in a coastal area, it has a very laid back feel to it. I’d go fishing and such. I also like the water there. The town just has a peaceful feel about it. Then join the local garden. :victoly:

I can’t remember the name of it, but the Mage town in FF6 or Black Mage Village in FF9, so I can have maaajick. I’m more of a melee person, but there never was a Fighter Village.
Esthar because it’s really high tech. Or Balamb ir BM village.
I think I’d like to live in either Besaid (very laid back atmosphere), Esthar (for the technology) or Icicle Inn (I just love the snow). Those would be my top three places to live.

Idon;t like hot places much, but…
Top choice: Luca. Massive Blitzball stadium, nice theatre, big town, plenty of scantily-clad people. Places probably cost a bomb, though.
Others:
Fisherman’s Horizon: Wonderful, slow-paced technogrungs town. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but everyone visits, plus there are two continents within easy reach.
Icicle Inn. Gotta love the snowboarding 
Al Bhed Home; I like hot weather! And there’d be plenty of computers and stuff to fool around with! Forbidden machina my foot! 8P

Figaro because of the escellent security and you can travel to many different exotic locations. Maybe Lindblum too because I like the city life. I would even enjoy Burmecia but only if there were lots of people. I like it because of the rain and the location.

Oh damn I forgot about Lindblum! How could I it’s one of my favorite towns! It also has some of my favorite town music.

Elfland, FF1. I’ve always enjoyed the peace of the woods.
I would be a lone wolf, a world traveler. I wouldnt be tied down to any one spot, but instead i would travel all over the world(and into the others worlds when possible). I’d run up the steps of Killika just to hop a warp, and ride the Drenchfall down. Then i’d hop another warp to the Temple of Fiends and kill a few monsters just after four Light Warriors left… Then maybe i’d find my way to the mountain passes of Nibelheim, just for the frosty mountain air, and walk my way down the mountain to end up in Winhill, just give me a home, where the chocobo roam, and the streets are not crouded all day… I’d spend a long time in this village, choppin wood, planting fields, fishing, roofing, framing, good work, court a few of the country girls, but always the call of the journey would be in my blood, and i’d eventually end up leaving, i’d check out castle Tycoon, and re-learn how to be a warrior again by fighting off the monsters around the castle. After i’ve gotten stronger, i’d hitch hike my way to South Figaro just in time to hear about the fall of Gerad and recruit a broken up band of thieves, and begin my new life as a highway man. Our motto is “we’ll take everything but your life, untill you wish to take ours”. Sure, the rougues life is fun for a while, we accumilate some riches, but then the guys start talking about “the big score”. Emperor Ghestal’s Hidden Treasure Fort. Yeah, thats it, so we let on down to Miranda, do some snooping around. Not much luck, but on a hunch, i checked out the forrest around the chocobo corral. Why would there be a chocobo corral in the middle of the woods if there wasnt a hidden treasure fort ? Sucess ! But it’s heavily fortified. We sneak it well enough, but we are discovered before we get to the treasure, and half my men get killed. We killed our fair share of the guards, but there are just too many of them. Me and my band of thieves are all killed. Which brings us to the moral of our story kids… Crime only pays if you dont go for “the big score”.
