Would develop an RPG featuring all (or most of its) venerable characters.
Think of it like Kingdom Hearts in the Nintendo universe. The main character goes around and visits various planets/stages/worlds of the various Nintendo characters.
Like Mario RPG, the worlds can be expanded with a certain degree of creative license, as opposed to just limiting Donkey Kong to the jungle or Mario to a pipe land.
This idea, unfortunately, can come off as very lame if it’s not executed properly. However Nintendo has a rich cast of characters to call on (this has always been Nintendo’s trump card) and Gamecube could use a strong, console-specific RPG.
Super Smash Brothers is so much fun because of the compilation of various characters. Combine this aspect with a strong storyline and RPG battle system, and you’ve got a real winner.
I’ve always dreamed of a game that is a mix between Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Shogun:Total War, and Street Fighter. The over all and basic building and strategy would be all menu based like Romance, the battles would be fought like in Total War, and the personal combats would be fought Street Fighter style.

And yeah, there are tons of good titles, although I’ll let someone else tell them since I lent out most of my collection, so I can’t look at my reference material.
