yeah, but he took and translated from baby to adult language. 
as for this device, it might not be too bad… providing it would work. and before you know it, we’ll be having something that can translate human to dog and then the dogs will start to run the world, but even then they’d do a better job than Bush. ^^ (j/k) ^^
