Just because people like each other, it doesn’t mean they should just perform blatant acts in public that sometimes even offend public moral… If you were at a beach, I’m sure you wouldn’t like to see a pair of crazies rolling down over the sand, without even caring if they’re bothering other people or if they eventually hit someone…
It’s a feeling most people get from time to time; jealousy might be the word for it, I’m not sure. As others have already mentioned, though, it’s something you get over.
