Games I crashed before:
NES
Crystalis- After beating Vampire I paused the game & saved, lost my file too.
Super Mario Bros. 3- At the last world, I got a mushrrom while I was being run over by a tank at the same time.
SNES
Donkey Kong Country- Changed players too much.
DKC2- Changed players too much, picked up a barrel.
DKC3- Jumped into a bonus barrel, changed players too much, switched players while taking final hit.
Mario World- Caused a bug in one of the chocalte world stages.
MegamanX- Through super quick button mashing, I shot everykind of weapon once.
Genesis
Sonic 2 & Knuckles- Got to a place too high too fast with Knuckles…
Sonic 3 & Knuckles- With Hyper Sonic, I beat the camera, died & the crashed after that.
N64
Mario64- Don’t know really, it just crashes at random.
Paper Mario- I don’t know how, but I made the game show me all of its hexadecimal coding, I haven’t been able to do it again, but I know it’s at the tittle screen, I had to reset the system to play again, but my save files were ok.
Banjo-Kazooie- I went outside of the world barrier in Treasure Trove Cove, after you make Sharkfood Island rise, you can swim under the island, you swim under it & you exit the world…but the game crashed.
Playstation
FF7- Don’t ask me how.
FFAnthology- For some reason, it always crashed when I loaded FF5…
Brave Fencer Musashi- I have NO clue how that happened…
Chrono Cross- Must’ve done something while I was battling Time Devourer…
MegamanX4- I did the same as in X, but while the boss was exploding…
MegamanX6- I tried to beat the game & did a Mega Attack as the screen got white.
PS2
The Bouncer- Cinema.
Capcom vs SNK 2- Too many special move inputs.
MGS2- Set up 30+ mines & got chased by 15 soldiers, then let the flames fly!
I’ve crashed snes games so many times I don’t even remember most of them. I remember crashing Mortal Kombat 2 a few times, and crashing Mortal Kombat 3 (maybe Ultimate) was pretty normal for me. Players flying through the floors and ceiling performing flying kicks, projectiles that don’t dissapear and thus keep damaging your opponent till they die. Fatalities also crashed the game sometimes. Maybe my cassette was shitty…
I also crashed Secret of Mana once (Got me really scared); the colors in the desert messed up when I called Flammie. I could still play, though.
I also freezed a lot of games by moving or accidently bumbing into my snes. But that’s not the same…
Secret of Mana also had a weird bug like that…one of the save points is buggy. I don’t remember exactly what can happen with it, but I think at the very least it messes up the counter that counts how many times you saved.
