It describes a generator that will use a pull string as its power source. Also it seems it might work with other handcrank and foot pedal generator systems, and in any case they’ve decided making the crank a part of the laptop instead of part of an external generator is a dumb idea.

They ditched that Ren. It’d break too easily.
