I didn’t know how to say Charlemagne until a few weeks ago, so I used to just read it phonetically in my head. Now that I know how to say it, I still read it phonetically when I know that it is referring to RPGC’s own.

The Canadian way of saying it would be “Sharl-uh-mang”.

I used to think subtle was pronounced sub-tle. I’m sure I looked a fool.

Which Magnus are you referring to? Because I can’t really think of any fat Magnus’s.
My friend played a Carl Magnus in a play once. She was a count, and not carless. And hot.
