I want to see more Christmas spirit around here. I’ve been decked out in holiday style since before Halloween. Does no one give a shit about the birth of Santa anymore?

Every time I listen to Christmas music I get depressed, so I had to stop all Christmas related activities until finals end. ^^
Christmas actually starts when my friends start returning home. I.e. not yet.

I’ve been listening to christmas music at work since October. Christmas spirit ran out around thanksgiving.

Trans Siberian Orchestra is one of only two Christmas songs that don’t make me want to puke (the other is “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” by the Barenaked Ladies with Sarah McLachlan).
I have been so busy that I really could not catch the Holiday spirit, but after watching a few Holiday specials I’m ready to go.
-Phineas and Ferb’s Christmas Vacation (actually I was a bit disappointed by this one, as they allowed the Bully character to get away with getting a present even if he was Naughty all year- wonderful message there, Disney!)

Bah, Humduck! (Daffy Duck as Scrooge) Full of Looney Tunes violence, and yet I was actually moved at spots. Who’d thunk it?

Tom And Jerry’s The Nutcracker Suite- Another one better than expected. First, they went to the original T&J style of cartoon, which were the best; second, the new characters were actually interesting. I would’ve liked to see Tom switch to the good guys (as was hinted at one point) but oh well.
- Prep and Landing, Pixar’s first Xmas TV Special, about a heh Special Tactical Unit of Christmas Elves who prepare houses for Santa’s arrival. Actually I haven’t seen all of it, I’m waiting for all parts to be uploaded in Youtube (remember, I don’t have Cable TV any more) so I’ll reserve my judgment until I do. Still, looks good.
What else is coming up?
Oh, and I need to upload more Christmas music. Of ANY sort. I’m not picky.

I can’t believe I forgot this. Really, the secret is just finding good musicians making Christmas music.

TSO has some wonderful Christmas music. Also, Josh Groban’s “Noel” album sets a nice Christmas mood. “Have a Metal Christmas and a Rockin’ New Year” (various artists I don’t remember) is a horrible Christmas album, but it’s fun to listen to for laughs.
