It’s easy to list off bad movies, cause there’s obviously gonna be more bad movies than good. But what about the good ones?
Well, seeing as how I only really saw 2 full movies in theatres this year, I’d say 28 Days Later and Kill Bill were good movies. I’ve heard good things about The Last Samurai, Return Of The King, and Pirates Of The Caribbean.
28 days later was alright, but it was built around one concept that got old after awhile, and I didn’t like the ending. The big surprise with the soldiers and the women wasn’t that surprising. Stephen King did it better with The Stand.
I haven’t seen Kill Bill, but from the descriptions of it I probably wouldn’t like it.
I actually haven’t seen that many movies in the theaters this year.

Yes I recommend PotC. Johnny Depp is the man. He is that complete movie. Other people probably would say I’m wrong, but his acting is just mind blowing to me. I just loved the way he played out his character.
I haven’t been keeping up with the latest movies in theatres because of my specific tastes…I have just seen Dreamcatcher for the first time, based on Stephen King’s novel and it’s…erm, interesting to say the least. Gory, full of shit weasels, but has no real believable acting and a rushed plot.
As for older movies, may I be the first to suggest that Donnie Darko is an alright movie, but anyone who is into that deep shit will love it (as I did). 5th Element also kicks ass (well, in my opinion). I’ll go on later when I’m not drawing a blank.
Oh and one of the greatest movies ever is Dead Alive.
