Glory of Heracles

So anybody playing this yet?

Fairly interesting game so far. Definitely reminds me of Golden Sun with some of the graphics and stuff. Magic system sounds complex, but not. Basically, spells costs MP, but they also consume Ether, which accumulates during battle, for each element. If you don’t have enough Ether, you can still cast a spell, but it comes out of your HP instead (i.e. Ether Reflux). After that, you can choose to power up the spell using a touch screen minigame (or you can skip it and be lazy). Granted, that doesn’t apply for all spells. And there’s an inane amount of Tutorials…not really fun to sift through, but they have pretty funny descriptions for stuff.

Haven’t got too far into it yet, since I wanna beat Sands of Destruction first.

I haven’t played it yet, but since I’m such a fan of the series (I shrined the second Famicom game in the series, and translated about half of the GB game before I had to stop due to lack of time/lack of a translator), I really want to give it a shot.

That said, I’m so busy nowadays, and I have such a huge backlog of games to play, I’m not sure I’ll ever get around to playing it. =(
