Anyone ranked as one of the worsts fascists ever had better do a damned sight better than cartoons. He wasn’t for a unified race, at least it wasn’t evidenced anywhere in his writings or works, so the unity definition of fascism is all-but-out, and he wasn’t an extreme right-wing, totalitarian nationalist. Not only would I doubt how ‘extremely’ right-wing he was, but he certainly wasn’t a totalitarian (he wasn’t in a position to be one), and I don’t know if I’d even go so far as to call him a nationalist.
