Super Smash Brothers Melee - Great party game, a rather easy “fighter”, but it offers plenty of high-level play as well. Collecting trophies is also nice for nostalgia
Metroid Prime - Basically, a platformer combined with a FPS, awesome graphics and the Metroid title. I still haven’t finished it myself, but damn it’s sweet.
Skies of Arcadia Legends - A pretty damn nice remake of the Dreamcast game, it adds a few new sidequests, items etc. I wouldn’t reccommend buying it though if you own the original, not enough changes.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker - Rather short, but sweet. The graphics are a really refreshing change from standard anime/über-realistic graphics, and work really well for the game. It’s also a lot more plot driven than other Zelda games, in my opinion. And the final battle is just plain awesome.
Eternal Darkness - Survival Horror with a twist: You slowly go insane. That’s really the best part of the game, since there are a TON of insanity effects. I won’t spoil them, but they’ll freak you out
Phantasy Star Online - It’s pretty fun, but just your basic hack and slash RPG. It really becomes great when you have 3 other people in the same room to play with, though. (the camera sucks, but meh) If you want Episode 3 (the next game, coming out in a while), well, it’s some crazy cardgame
I haven’t played F-Zero myself, but it looks decent enough. Probably one of the few racing games I’d like Also, don’t forget about the upcoming Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles and Tales of Symphonia (I swear, if ToS doesn’t come to Europe, I’m killing myself. Or, you know, importing it. Blah.)
I can probably think of a bunch of other titles, but I gotta run now. You know where I am 24/7, so just ask
