Can someone recommend a good freeware picture editor that can set transparencies?
I have Windows XP Pro, and Paint doesn’t seem to work well, and I can’t find Microsoft Photo Editor either…
Tried to use GIMP, but it keeps locking up during start-up (locks up when loading fonts)…
