Not as good as a cheeseburger, but still really yummy. Unless this hamburger is the hamburger you use to make spaghetti sauce and all sorts of things. It smells good when browing, but it doesn’t taste as good as it smells.

I will only eat brown gravy on Thanksgiving, or with any other turkey-themed meal. Otherwise, I insist on cream gravy.

Scattered, covered, chunked. If I’m feeling particularly randy, topped. Watch out, I went there.

For those of you who’ve never been to a Waffle House (and I feel sorry for you), I guess someone should translate. Scattered means you’re getting hash browns. If you want plain hash browns, you say “I’ll take some hash browns, scattered.” They’ll know you don’t want anything on them. If you want something else, you add some adjectives to the end, as follows: smothered = onions, covered = cheese, chunked = ham, topped = chili, diced = tomatoes, peppered = green peppers. I think that’s all they offer, someone correct me if I’m wrong.

The Bloodhound Gang immortalized this in their song “Bad Touch.” The lyric went “I want you smothered, want you covered like my Waffle House hashbrowns” (you may remember this song from its chorus “you and me, baby, ain’t nothin’ but mammals, so let’s do it like they do on the Discovery Channel”).

never tried Chocolate Mousse, but when I was a kid I always imagined a chocolate moose sitting on a table and people took pieces off of it and ate it.

I used to despise pickles, but now I don’t mind them on burgers and sandwiches. I guess I’d help one out with a couple bucks if it was in need.
