Ok, Ive looked many times, and all I can seem to find is like 3 of the 12 toy soldiers in Junon.
Is there a list somewhere that tells me where the rest are?
Or can comeone tell me where they all are?

from what i’ve heard they were just useless items you can sell for 25 gil, i may be wrong.
Yeah, last time I checked the things were absolutely useless.
It is possible that they may have originally been planned to do something. But they just didn’t get a chance to finish it (like many things) before it had to be released. Oh well.
