FFVI "Too Much To Count"

I remember the ‘rumored’ “Too Much To Count” damage that’s supposed to occur when you Throw an Atma (/Ultima) Weapon…Firstly, is this true (I never threw it, myself…)… and secondly, does anyone have access to a screenshot of it?

I hate to do this on my first post here (make a whole new thread about this trivial BS), but I Googled the hell outta it, and I got nuthin…I don’t know if it happens just against Kefka either, I might have heard that…I’m not sure…What’s the story?

I tried it once. Can’t throw Atma. As in, it will not appear in your throwable items list.

This also does not occur with the Ragnorok. I’ve yet to test Illumina (because I never actually have the sword because I like the Ragnorok magicite better.)

Yeah, I think the only time I ever got the Illumina was when I accidentally got that old Relm Bug…Man that was nifty…But hmm…I wonder if it was just a rumor…

I wonder how something that’s as ridiculously easy to disprove as throwing the Atma Weapon still remains believed by so many people. =P

HEY GUYS DID YOU KNOW THERE’S A CHEAT TO BRING LEO BACK TO LIFE?!

Question answered, Hiryuu. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve answered the “How do you bring Aeris back? What? But I heard you can!” question three times this month, asking this shit should be punishable with death penalty.

We need to propagate the Octagonal Weapon rumor.

I googled Octagonal Weapon, and I got nothing :frowning:

I thought you knew about this, you posted there. Check Hades’ post

Same thing with me, the only time I ever got Illumina was with the Relm bug… and I got some 50+ at that. :stuck_out_tongue: Along with all the other best equipment of the game, plus the 837528937238974923874 Dirks. It happened totally on accident (as I didn’t know about the bug at the time, this was not too incredibly long after the game was released on the SNES), and I’ve never been able to duplicate those results since…
:bowser:

Oh no, I know all about that. One day I was just curious and I googled Octagon Weapon.

…I didn’t find anything.
