In the job section on this one site there were two jobs I had never heard of called festival-goer and psychicer. It said that they were International + Last Mission only. What does that mean?

It’s a re-release of FFX-2 that had some extra stuff in it. It was only released in Japan.
Those jobs are why I want the special edition. Boo. 
I like to collect them all.
