On a basic hotmail e-mail acct, is there a way to forward emails recived to another email acct?
Uh, yeah. It’s the forward button.
I think he meant access mail in one account from another. There is a way to do that and its not hard. It just might vary depending on what you want to forward it to.

its from a hotmail acct, to my primary yahoo acct.
Log into your yahoo account, look in the bottom right corner for mail options, click on management inside mail options, add your account.
