My friend recently made me a DVD-R with some video files on it (all .avi’s if I’m not mistaken). When I put it in my laptop, it shows all the files, but on any attempt to open, copy, etc the files, my pc hangs. I have a few other DVDs full of .avi’s, and they work fine, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
Is there anything I might be able to do to fix the problem? Any help is appreciated, I’m just hoping it’s not the DVD itself.
Edit – Never mind, I figured it out. One of the files was corrupted, and it was the one I was always trying to open. Thanks anyway. Someone can delete this now.
