I search a Font and I can’t find them! 
It’s the Font from my favourite Roleplaygame, Star Ocean II:

You’re english isn’t bad at all.
That is a pretty bitchin’ font. I doubt that you’ll be able to find it anywhere outside of the game, though, unless another fan decided to make one by hand. Is there any other text in the game that uses that font? If so, it should be possible to rip it and make your own.
Let me know if you find it, cause now you got me interested.

It was custom made for the NA version of the game, as far as I know. The JPN cover used the same font as Star Trek: The Next Generation. Aren’t you happy we got that one?

Why I need this Font so much? That can I tell you:
I make a German Star Ocean II Fansite,
and for this work I need this Font…
Why I do it not self? Cause I can’t!
