David Bradley spent only five minutes to create the most used computer code ever. he’s the guy who came up with CTRL+ALT+DEL.
And he’s just retired from IBM, after 28 years working with them. Now he’s just gonna teach at NC State University.
But what I really wanna say is about what he said during IBM’s 20th birthday party. He was siting along with a lot of other important computer people, Mr. Gates among them. When they started talking about his code, Bradley said “I may have created the code, but it was Bill who made it popular”.
Uh, you mean Microsoft’s 20th birthday party, right? I don’t think David Bradley was around for IBM’s 20th birthday, and even if he was, that was years before he came up with ctrl-alt-del.

Yeah, I’m sure somebody must’ve made some device like that for all the one-handed computer geeks out there…

I think it’s called sticky keys, or maybe only some computers are equiped with that.
