Thats good, but the RIAA is still nothing but a bunch of whiny people who happen to be asses at the same time.

Witch hunt. Over. W00t.

This is a very good thing. WHOOHOOO!

Maybe Kazaa can rebuild after losing millions of users. The RIAA is quickly losing power.

My favorite part:

…adding the industry’s legal argument “borders upon the silly.”

pwned!

It just says they can’t force anyone to give up users without a formal lawsuit.

Living in the UK, this matters to me NOT. As usual. Good thing though. Blair would probably have done something like this soon enough.

Huzzah, I can download videos without a vague apprehension anymore!

Very true, tbu it also means they can’t gather info on you without your prior knowledge (I.E., you’ve been served)

Cheers and glittering prizes to the judge who gave RIAA this special christmas gift :yipee:

I guess my game MP3 huntin days can continue. Away Kazaa Lite 2.0!!!

This is good news for privacy, but pretty unimportant news to me.

What the Record Industry of Association America needs to understand is that record format is dying, and that the only chance they have is to follow in Apple and iTunes’ footsteps.

Huray for Piracy!
