I think giving condoms to people and teaching them how to use the rubbers instead of telling them not to have sex would at least WORK. Population control trough abstinence never worked anywhere, it won’t work in Africa where most people don’t have means of having fun other than censore

Hmmm, howbout instead of finding a cure for AIDS, we find a way to put people into suspended animation. Then let future generations cure them. And when the population gets to big, we can put everyone into suspended animation six days out of the week, and let people only live their lives in one day of the week.
