And I believe the situation for under 13 is that they can with parental approval, verified via credit card number possibly. That’s how other places I’ve seen do it.

If you’re location is near Kirokiro, and you know she’s ten, and you know her handle, then I assume you know she posts here, which would also lead me to assume that you already know that you’re not the only 10 year old here.
They are with parental consent. However I think either we or Vbulletin removed that restriction recently, not sure.
Don’t worry about it. But you want to know what’s really sad, when middle-aged people spend their free time in here.
Because middle-aged people don’t deserve the same things that anyone else does, right? What exactly is so horrible about spending time here?
