Are Mew/Celebi/other exclusive pokemon available in game yet, in this new one or any other recent ones? otherwise I have no idea how people get those without a gameshark… Maybe I’m just behind on the times.
No, you can get everything besides the starters and legendaries from the previous games. If you want those you need to trade for them on the intarwebs, or transfer from a previous generation cart.
In other words, one would have to possess a copy of Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire & LeafGreen/FireRed to use the cart-to-card thingy transfer thingy… thingy.
You slap in the previous gen cart, go to some place, “upload” the 'mon you want and go hunt for them in some specific area (My mind tells me it’ll be the same as the Safari zone…)

About twelve hours in, I’m not dissapointed so far. Not the most innovative game in existance, but it works. The attack/special change is very welcome.
